Request for students willing to respond to a survey.

Students at Qatar Academy, Doha have as their field of investigation for the Exhibition the essential understanding and belief that

“ A balance of work and recreation contributes to the well being of our community.”

Some of the students are interested in creating a survey, and getting responses from different parts of the world. If students at your school would be interested in responding, please let me know. Thank you.

We are about to finish with the Exhibition (next week we will hold the event itself), but I would like to involve some students in your surveys. Tell how this should work out- will you post here some docs (e.g. Word attachments), I will print them, my students fill in and then I would send their responses?

If you have any trouble accessing it, please let me know. They have asked whether 20 grade 5 students could answer it. (boys and girls) They also need a copy of a sample weekly timetable of lessons that includes pe, music, art periods etc.

Could you also give them the name of your school, and a little information about it.

Another group of students came to see me today, and asked whether I could post their survey too. Do you have students who would be willing to answer it? Their central idea is If a community is imbalanced, it can affect the well-being of the people in it, and they are looking at vandalism.

I saved the link (it works) and the attachment. I will get the students fill them by Monday. Is it too late?
And oops...a little problem: 5th grade students are in a different campus (which I cannot go to as I am caught daily with the Exhibition and all these inspections...). Can we do it? My students are 10 -11 years old and I think the difference won't be a drawback.

Thanks very much, Cristina - that will be fine. Our Exhibition presentation is only the following week - 15 and 16 June, so Monday will give the students time to process the data. The age is perfect - our students fall into the same age range, so please have your children do it. I look forward to seing your websites.and sharing them with the students.
