Just a quick question - are only the PYP and MYP coordinators responsible for the assessment of student work? Here it is the responsibility of the Gr. 6 class teachers. Any thoughts on that?

Truth be told, this is a rubric I inherited so I'm not sure how well it works. Since ultimately it is very difficult to think of something truly original. I think I will judge their originality based on how they use their research.
Just one more question. There is the mark of "originality" in the rubric you posted. How can you assess that? How can you be sure a student did not use an idea/concept that he/she encountered throughout the research process? So, I am not questioni...
